Particular focus will be on multiscale approaches from single cell to whole organisms, and on integration of large-scale machine learning based models with fine-grained mechanistic models. Further topics are systems biology for clinical insights, and immunological systems dynamics. In addition to talks given by invited speakers, the SBHD has had a good tradition of including short and lightning talks, as well as extended poster sessions selected from submitted abstracts.
